Terms

These terms govern your use of the FitnessTrainerOS public website, feedback forms, and founding cohort application forms. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: June 2026

01Who we are

FitnessTrainerOS is a product of Sharif Global. The public website exists to explain the product vision, present pricing direction, and invite qualified coaches into the founding cohort. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Sharif Global.

02Public site use

The public site is informational. It describes a product that is actively being built, and content may describe planned or in-progress capabilities. Nothing on the public site is a binding offer of service, access, features, timelines, or pricing.

03Eligibility

The site and its forms are intended for adults operating or building a coaching or fitness business, and for others evaluating the product professionally. Do not use the forms if you are under 18.

04Founding cohort applications

Applying for the founding cohort is an expression of interest only. We review applications for fit, capacity, and timing. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, access, onboarding, migration, pricing, or any timeline. If selected, participation may be subject to separate written terms covering scope, pricing, onboarding, data handling, and confidentiality.

05No relationship created

Submitting feedback or an application does not create a client, customer, partner, joint venture, employment, advisory, investment, or equity relationship with Sharif Global. Any such relationship would require a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

06Feedback and idea submissions

By submitting feedback, comments, ideas, feature requests, workflows, or suggestions through any public form, you grant Sharif Global a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, adapt, and build on them to evaluate, improve, market, or build FitnessTrainerOS and related products, without restriction, attribution, or compensation. Do not submit anything you consider proprietary or confidential unless separately agreed in writing.

07No confidential submissions

Public forms are not a confidential channel. Do not submit private client health information, payment credentials, confidential client records, trade secrets, or regulated personal information through them. If a topic requires confidentiality, request a separate written agreement first.

08Early product disclaimer

FitnessTrainerOS is an early-stage product. Screens, dashboards, metrics, and workflows shown on the public site may include illustrative demo data and planned functionality. Features, modules, tiers, and roadmap items may change, be delayed, or be removed as the product evolves.

09Pricing subject to change

Published pricing reflects current direction, including flat unlimited-client pricing and founding cohort pricing commitments described on the site. Until a paid agreement is in place, pricing, tiers, and inclusions may change. Founding-cohort pricing commitments apply only to accepted, active founding cohort participants under their participation terms.

10AI features disclaimer

FitnessTrainerOS is designed around approval-gated AI workflows: AI-generated drafts, suggestions, and signals are intended to be reviewed by a human before action. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for any decision, message, program, or business action you take based on AI-assisted output.

11No professional advice

Site content does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Coaches remain responsible for their own business, client, health, safety, payment, privacy, and compliance decisions, and for meeting the professional standards that apply to their work.

12Intellectual property

The FitnessTrainerOS name, site design, copy, graphics, product concepts, and materials are owned by Sharif Global or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site or product materials without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial evaluation.

13Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, probe or overload infrastructure, submit malicious content, impersonate others, misrepresent your identity in applications, or use the forms for spam, solicitation, or unlawful purposes.

14Third-party services

The site relies on third-party infrastructure such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and email delivery providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or acts of third-party services, though we choose providers with care.

15Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharif Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the public site or forms.

16Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sharif Global harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your submission of content you did not have the right to submit.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
